Work Hardening

Baptist Sports Medicine helps injured workers regain the ability to meet and exceed the physical demands of their job. This program utilizes simulated work activities and carefully crafted exercises to mimic expected duties of a job, while allowing for the progression to return to full duty. The program will also address any deconditioning issues that may have resulted due to inactivity or being off duty for an extended period of time.
