The Baptist Sports Medicine team is proud to support our community by offering the following programs and services for youth and adults alike.

Physicals:
Baptist Sports Medicine is pleased to offer sports participation screenings, or "physicals", at a reduced cost to the community. Screenings are held throughout the Middle Tennessee area in April and May. Our staff of Physicians, Athletic Trainers, and Physical Therapists will review all of the necessary components of you or your child’s health to ensure healthy competition during the upcoming sports seasons.

The cost of the screening is $10 and meets TSSAA and TMSAA requirements. The locations for the screenings are:

April 16th, Lipscomb High School
April 19th, Sycamore High School
April 21st, Ezell Harding School
May 10th, Fairview Middle School
May 11th, JT Moore Middle School
May 13th, Brentwood Middle School
May 17th, Freedom Middle School
May 19th, Page Middle School

If you are participating in the screening as a part of a team or school, please arrive at your team’s designated time. If you are coming independently, you are welcome to arrive at 6pm. If you are a coach and are interested in scheduling mass screenings for your entire team, please contact us at 615-284-2539 or SportsMed@BaptistHospital.com.

The physicals are conducted in a group format. Wait times are typically 5 to 15 minutes before starting the process, and the total time from arrival to completion is typically one hour. To help minimize your time that day, you can complete much of the paperwork in advance. You can download the packet using the links above.
